BazBots conversation limits and monthly quotas
One new visitor chat session counts as one conversation, even if that visitor sends multiple messages during the session. Limits reset at the beginning of the next month.
Monthly conversation allowances
The current plans include 25 monthly conversations on Free, 500 on Pro, 2,000 on Growth, and 7,500 on Agency.
- Free: 1 bot and 25 conversations
- Pro: 1 bot and 500 conversations
- Growth: 3 bots and 2,000 conversations
- Agency: 10 bots and 7,500 conversations
What happens at the limit
Existing conversation records remain available, but new visitor conversations pause after the monthly allowance is reached. The allowance resets at the beginning of the next month.
Plan availability
Free and Pro are available now, with Pro priced at $29 per month. Growth and Agency are not currently available for purchase.
