Information BazBots handles
BazBots handles account details, bot settings, selected website content, chat messages, usage records, and lead details a visitor chooses to submit.
Lead and conversation data
Submitted lead details and related conversations are made available to the business that placed the widget on its website. BazBots does not use submitted lead details for advertising.
Retention, deletion, and requests
Service records are retained unless deleted through an available product control or a valid deletion request. Use the BazBots chat on the Support page for access, correction, or deletion requests.
